Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Audigrow AI regarding your use of BridPost at bridpost.audigrowai.com and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using BridPost, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using BridPost on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

BridPost is a social publishing platform that helps you create, schedule, and publish content to connected platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Threads, YouTube, and Google Business Profile. Features may change over time as we improve the product.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use BridPost. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

BridPost integrates with third-party platforms through their official APIs and OAuth flows. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies (for example Google, Meta, and YouTube terms). BridPost is not responsible for outages, API changes, content rejections, or account actions taken by those platforms.

When you connect Google services, you authorize BridPost to access only the data and scopes required to perform the publishing and management features you request, consistent with our Privacy Policy and Google's API policies.

You retain ownership of content you upload or create in BridPost ("User Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and publish User Content solely to operate the Service as you direct (including scheduling and posting to connected accounts).

You represent that you have all rights needed to post User Content and that it does not infringe others' rights or violate law, platform rules, or these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use BridPost for spam, harassment, fraud, or illegal activity
• Attempt to bypass security, scrape the Service abusively, or disrupt infrastructure
• Upload malware or content that violates intellectual property or privacy rights
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using connected platforms through BridPost
• Resell or misuse API access obtained through BridPost in ways not permitted by platform policies

BridPost may offer free and paid plans. If you subscribe to a paid plan, pricing, billing intervals, and renewal terms will be shown at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

BridPost, including its software, branding, and design, is owned by Audigrow AI and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights granted to use the Service, no rights are transferred to you.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT PUBLISHING WILL ALWAYS SUCCEED, THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS WILL ACCEPT YOUR CONTENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUDIGROW AI AND BRIDPOST WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Audigrow AI and its operators from claims arising out of your User Content, your use of BridPost, or your violation of these Terms or third-party platform rules.

You may stop using BridPost and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations) will survive termination.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
