BridPost ("BridPost," "we," "us," or "our") is a social media publishing and scheduling platform operated by Audigrow AI. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use bridpost.audigrowai.com and related services (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use BridPost.

Account information. When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, password (stored in hashed form), timezone preferences, and related profile details you provide.

Content you create. We store posts, captions, media uploads, schedules, and drafts you create in BridPost so we can publish or schedule them on your behalf.

Connected social accounts. When you connect Instagram, Facebook, Threads, YouTube, Google Business Profile, or other platforms, we receive OAuth tokens and basic profile identifiers needed to publish content and manage those connections. We do not receive your social network passwords.

Google user data.If you connect Google services (including YouTube or Google Business Profile), we may access account identifiers, channel or business profile details, and permissions required to upload or manage content you authorize. Access is limited to the scopes you approve on Google's consent screen.

Usage and technical data. We may collect device type, browser information, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, and product usage events to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

Communications. If you contact us (for example at audigrowai@gmail.com), we keep the information you send so we can respond.

BridPost's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We use Google user data only to:

• Authenticate your Google account connection to BridPost
• Display your connected YouTube channel or Google Business Profile information in the dashboard
• Upload, schedule, or manage content you explicitly create or request in BridPost
• Maintain and refresh OAuth tokens so publishing continues to work until you disconnect

We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI / ML models. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as needed to operate the Service (for example secure hosting providers), comply with law, or with your direction.

We use non-Google personal information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve BridPost
• Authenticate users and protect accounts
• Send transactional emails such as verification codes and password resets
• Schedule and publish content to platforms you connect
• Respond to support requests and enforce our Terms of Service
• Monitor reliability, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations

We may share information with:

• Social platforms you connect, when publishing or managing content you authorize
• Service providers that help us host infrastructure, send email, or operate the product, under confidentiality obligations
• Authorities, when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security

We do not sell your personal information.

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Scheduled posts, media, and connection tokens are kept while needed to provide the Service. You may delete content, disconnect social accounts, or request account deletion. After deletion, we may retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data.

• Update profile details from your BridPost settings
• Disconnect a social account at any time from the Connect / accounts area
• Revoke Google access from your Google Account permissions
• Request account or data deletion by emailing audigrowai@gmail.com

We use industry-standard measures such as encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

BridPost is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

BridPost may process data on servers located outside your country of residence. Where we do so, we take steps designed to protect your information in accordance with this Policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
